Guest
I'm having trouble with my starter/generator 12 volt, It doesn't seem to be charging and keeps blowing the fuse. I checked the brushes and they seem to be fine the adjustment is as loose as I can get it but it still blows the fuses. Any info on what I can do to stop it from blowing fuses and get it to charge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Guest
The first thing is to make sure that you do not have a short in the wireing.( a bad connection, bare wire)Then have the starter/generator check out to see if it is putting outno more then 8amps at fast idle.Vern Barker from ROMAR.
