Guest Posted April 10, 2002 Share Posted April 10, 2002 SPEED! glassed intake keeps the hot engine from the carb. cold gas is heavier and burns hotter.your cyls. get upto 1100 degress. your exhaust casting gets that hot too. the port opens and you get lazy only part of your burn out the port. because the tempature is the same in the cyl. as well as out! now the exhaust are glassed and max. outside temp. is 350 degrees. the port opens and there is a vacuum which draws all the exhaust out the port.you now have a faster moving car!
