Guest oldcar1928
When I purchased my 1928 Chrysler Rumble Seat Coupe Model 62, most of the wood was rotten and/or missing. There was a metal trough-like piece sitting on top of the gas tank behind the rumble seat. It wasn't attached to anything. It's about 41" long, 6" wide and around 4" deep. Can anyone tell me where this piece should be go and what it is supposed to be attached to?
Guest martylum
In later 20s Chrysler R/S cars there is a water collection pan which was nailed to the framework under the body framing just behind the R/S opening to collect water and run it out the lower back end of the pan via 10r 2 holes drilled in the back end of the pan..
