I have two political license plate attachments (toppers) in the shape of a round red reflector that has a paper band accross the reflector disk on which is printed either "Win With Wilkie" or "Wilkie for President." Wendle Wilkie ran against Roosevelt in 1940 during his bid for a third term. Guess who won? The printing is protected from the weather by a clear round conforming plastic window.
