Guest slacker1965 Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 so my ex manifold is leaking at the pipe to manifold junction.... is there any type of 'goop' that is supposed to be used here? I have checked the pipe & manifold taper for issues & see none....good bolts & everything is snugged up tight....ideas? i know others use a donut that squishes into place, but thought this was a self sealing design..... do most 63's have a hanger b4 the x-flow muffler, on both sides of the muffler & aft of the muffler on the tailpipes? dealing with a under body rusty specimen here....thanksks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
