Guest Posted May 1, 2000 Share Posted May 1, 2000 Had the same problem with a '97 Seville I got from a no front plate state. There was NO way to mount one. Tried running without one, 'till I got caught. Finally had to get a front plate mount from the dealer. That may be the only solution if you want OE.
