1920 buick roadster taillight???????

maybe a stupid question but can anyone tell me if my car is supposed to have a tail light ? theres no signs that my car has ever had one

For sure a tail light, but maybe not a stop light. Pic is from a Google search on images.

Jarred, my 23 did not have a brake light. At some point a previous owner added one using a Ford Model A mechanical pull for on and off a the pedal brake spring. Easy to add a separate light for find a dual setup such as one used on a 28 Buick. It is a good thing to have both a tail light and a stop light.

Thanks again I'm gonna look into that .. I have so much work to do on this car it's overwhelming ... I'm used to working on all new cars which believe it or not seems easy to me in comparison to this project thanks again - jerred

Tail light only mounts on license plate bracket to the left of license. If you need one contact me. Bill
