Guest MidTNDawg
Seems I am better now than before my heart attack. That's good news. I have got to renew my DBC membership. I asked my wife to do that but she tells me she had other priorities, namely me. Hopefully I can get started on the steering sector leak / repair soon. But I have another issue now. Engine is running really rich since the engine rebuild. This is especially true at low RPM's. The carburetor had nothing done but removed and replaced, but I did not notice a rich mixture before. Is this a normal characteristic? If not normal, any best guesses as to where to start? Typing this makes me think I have not checked the choke position when pushed in. Any responses / suggestions appreciated
Guest 1930
Nice to hear you are felling better Doug, see if the C-cable is hanging up maybe in the liner, might be the fuel is turning bad and clogging up the seat on the needle as well, take the top off and see whats to be seen inside the bowl. Maybe run some carb cleaner thru it might clear things up
