41specialman Posted April 5, 2011 Share Posted April 5, 2011 My wiper knob on dash fell off on my 1941 Buick and i'm not sure how it hooks up to I see a rod with a u shape at the end and the piece under dash has a plastic round spacer like thing with a eaised portion on it. on the bottom is a flat strap with a hope in it so I have 3 pieces total Knob spacer and metal piece. Guest Grant Magrath Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 If it's like any other GM wiper switch from the era, the knob works a lever, or arm that a rod connects to.
