Guest binghaje Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 37 & 38 Buick Special front fenders are not exactly the same. For example, a notch exists in the top of a '37 flange for the hood stop. On a '37 the entire hood and side panel opens. On a '38 only the hood panel opens, side panel containing louvers is stationary. This would be a simple modification, cutting out a notch. Some of the bolt holes may also not line up perfectly. I am not certain of this. Again, this would not be a difficult mod. The person who would know for sure on the bolt holes would be Dave Tacheny.
