67 Riviera w/New Engine - Worth a Plug Nickel?

Hi All, I just don't know if this Riviera is worth a plug nickel or not. It has a New Wildcat Engine in it(Rebuilt Original). New Brakes, shocks, radiator, tires, windshield. The exterior was recently media blasted and sanded to be rust free. Then I had it sealed with Dupont Primer. I mean, what am I doing wrong here? Or is this car destined to become the next Stealth Vehicle?<BR>Someone came by and told me they wanted to spray paint the bumpers... I thought "That's Original" Why not install steel plating where the back window is too? I mean there is a leak around the edge...A welding torch would solve that.
