I have removes all of the screws, but it seems the trim piece goes up into the window rubber. Guest 36chev
Wish I could remember...15 years ago or more replaced the rubber in the windshield and rear window. But don't recall the trim pieces going "into" the rubber. I thought the rubber had an outer lip that goes over the outside body shell, the windshield went into a a channel in the rubber and and that the interior trim piece butts up against the the rubber on the inside. I do seem to recall that the original rubber was hard and stuck so good to the trim that it seemed like it was molded together. But, again, I may be remembering incorrectly. I would suggest posting this question to the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America chat forum. There is a section specifically for 33-36 Chevrolets--lots of very helpful folks there. You don't have to me a member, but do have to register (like here).
