Are These Brake Drums NOS? ('25 DB, 14")

I recently got a pair of brake drums for my 25 DB that may be unused, but I'm not really sure. They do have some rust pits up to .030 depth on each side of the lining surface.

For both drums the OD is 14.010" and the wall thickness (at the lining) is .212". The material thickness near the drum center hole is also .212.

Are these NOS drums?
