Guest halofaller
The oil pressure gauge has quiyte a bit of range compared to typical gauges that use perhaps 1/4 of the dial face to indicate pressure.I noticed that under power the gauge indicates in the middle and is pretty stable. Going downhill with light throttle, the gauge somethimes wavers going from the middle of the range toward the maximum although it doesn't go below the middle of the indicator.Of than that specific driving behavior the gauge seems to indicate as it should.Does this make sense and is it a factor of the gauge having such a wide indicator range?BTW, just under 90k milesTIA
Guest halofaller
Ah, sorry. Just found the common symptom - I'll change the sensor first and then if that doesn't cure it, will ask again.
