I have a chance to get a 1929 dodge (at least thats what I'm told it is) for little of nothing. I have restored cars from the 60's and helped with a 37 cadilac at the body shop I worked at when I was in highschool but it was nothing like this. I don't really feel that this car is completly restorable but I think I can put a diferent drive train into it and at least make it look some what original from the outside. There is a lot more interior parts not pictured here but this is at least 85% of what I'm getting. What do you guys think about putting this car on the road again? I can form sheetmetal if I need to and I can weld pretty good. Everything pictured is suppose to be original plus some.

I may be crazy but I am going to go get it this weekend. Any help is appreciated. I have never really done something this old before and I don't want to screw it up. I want to get it as original as I can get it. Any help on where to find parts will be nice if I can find a parts car to cut the passenger side off so I don't have to try and form the sheetmetal myself that would be very nice. Thanks for everything I have been reading this forum for a while now wishing I had something of my own now I'm going to give it a shot.
