Would someone identify this steering wheel please?

Am looking to identify these two hubcaps.

The larger of the two is 3-1/16” od at the threaded base & 2-1/8” in height.

The smaller & I assume from an earlier year is 2-1/4” od at the base & 1-7/8” in height.
