Can anyone tell me what these wheels originally went upon? The measure 21 1/2 inches in diameter metal to metal. The inside hub hole is 3 inches in diameter. I've been looking for 2 months! help!

I have six of the fatman's, and believe me I need them! I thought I saw these wheels once on a 32 dodge panel delivery truck.....but I can't find the pic now. If anyone knows Please help!

the running board is 54 3/4 in length. 14 1/2 at its widest, and 9 at the bottom. I'm stumped!!!!! Help me if you can!!!!!! I think I saw those 18 spoke wheels on a 32 dodge express truck...Does that sound right to anyone? Thanks for all your help!
