Does anyone know what year/make steering wheel will interchange w/ the one on my '39 Century? Thanks.

Hello Derek, thanks for the suggestion, but what I need is the horn ring, which is pot metal & missing large pieces. As it is now the horn is inoperable. Jerry.
-
Thanks Derek, I see he does have one listed now & it looks great. However I'm not restoring the car, just enjoying it & that level of quality is beyond my budget. I'll just keep looking for something useable. Jerry.

Hello all, I have a 1939 Century w/a banjo wheel. The horn ring is trashed & I need to either replace it or install a different steering wheel & ring. Thanks.

After submitting negative feedback twice, E-bay changed me back to the old format. Either they listen or didn't want to hear any more complaints.

I don't have the numbers, but according to Hollander the '39 series 40 has a 16" X 5", 5 on 5". Series 60 has a 15" X 5", 5 on 5". Series 90 has a 16" X 5", 5 on 5 1/2". All are disc type wheels. Hope this helps.

Try Kanter @ www.kanter.com. I've used them for my '66 Delta. They have a good selection. Good luck.

From your description, it sounds as if the problem is more w/ the brakes. Check the front shoes/pads & drums/rotors for wear, adjustment & round.
Kanter & Fusick are good sources for brake & front end parts. Good luck.

Depends on where you are, each state has their own requirements. Contact your DMV & follow their directions. Good luck.

Hello all. I've just acquired a '39 Buick Century in Alpharetta, Ga. & need it transported to Henderson, Nv. Can anyone here recommend a reliable shipper? Thanks, Jerry.
-
My thanks to both of you. I've just struck a deal for the car. If you find yourselves in Vegas look me up for your finders fees. Jerry.
On a serious note, can you recommend a good shipper? I'm looking now but would like to use someone w/ a history. Thanks again.

Am interested. Still have? Any info/pics?

Hello Tim, Your jetaway is completley different from the powerglide & is the TH 300. Good luck with it. Jerry.

Hello Mike, I think your first # is 3B 557752, which would make your engine a '77-80 350. Jerry.
-
Hello Mike. There is a flat area at the front of the engine, above the water pump & to the right of the oil filler. Post those numbers (and letter) & someone here can tell you what you have. Good luck, Jerry.

I'm looking for a speedo cable for a '66 Delta 88. This is the one that is drive from the left front spindle. Any info appreciated.

I had the same problem w/ my '66 Delta & wasn't able to locate anything either. As long as you're not looking for a restoration quality repair, any 4/5 terminal heavy duty relay will work, just adapt the connections according to your wiring diagram. Good luck.

I think the earlier motors used a diffent length water pump than the later ones. Try comparing a water pump from '66 to the one on your motor. You may need to switch. If the brackets & pulleys from the donor are available that may fix it for you. Good luck.

Hello, all. I'm looking for information on replacing the top on my '66 Delta 88. I'm considering doing it myself & would like to hear from anyone w/ any experiences or advice. Thanks.
