[Found, lobbed into forest]

Went back and measured the cars length and it is 213" long definitely a 1965 impala. Thanks everyone for the info.

Looks compact, about the size of a first gen mustang but can't recognize the front bumper. Sitting next to a popular hiking trail any identifying markings are long gone.
