[Help on Oil filter]

I have a 1931 Pontiac 401 with a split 6 engine. I can not find the oil filter. Where is it please?

Hi, fellow dodge enthusiasts, I have a 1923 dodge tourer and I need to replace the water pump because one of the gland nuts was  over tightened and snapped the threaded part of pump off.  If I remove the water pump do I have to retime the magneto to secure the ignition timing and if so before removing the discs between the pump and magneto do I have  to index the coupling discs to enable reinstillation of the pump, advise greatly appreciated.
