Take the belt off the generator and it will be like a electric motor, if not it is bad.

I have a 1929 Graham Paige and has a float for a oil indicator. Is there a replacement for that of is there a repair kit. Can you ms me a gary.rew@ gmail.com and give me ideas to fix it

I don't know what can be said about this new generation, they live for electronic toys. From the time they are of age they have to have a cell phone, tablet or laptop. If you give them a wrench they want to know where the keys are at.

What kind of clutch do you have? Is it linkage or hydraulic. Is the linkage binding somewhere?
