Mark,
Would you be willing to send me the contact information for the guy at the DMV?
Maybe I’ll get lucky as well.

Mark,
I appreciate your post. I live in WA state and am restoring a 1941 Chevrolet woody. I will be in the same spot when I need to get a title registered. Very scary scenario. I may not title the car.

Thanks, that is encouraging!

Excellent information; thank you!

I have a 1941 SD Woody wagon. I have restored all of the mechanicals and now I’m turning to the wood restoration. All of the original wood was disassembled and bundled up. This was done by the previous owner. So...,I’m trying to figure out this very large jigsaw puzzle. Does anyone have detailed pictures, diagrams, or directions on how to restore and assemble the body on this car. Thank you very much for your help and expertise. Bob

The mechanicals are done and I’m now working on the new wiring harness. My question is where does the wiring run to the back stop light and gas sending unit?

How’s the process on your restoration? I have the same car and I’m restoring mine now.

I just finished the mechanicals on my 1941 Chev. Woody Special Deluxe wagon. I'm putting in a new wiring harness and need information on how the wiring tracks back to the lights and gas sending unit. Does it go through the side metal channel on the passenger side, or on top of the floor pan, or??? All the wood for the restoration is in pieces and waiting for their turn at restoration.
Thanks,
Bob
