[Stoddard Dayton Carburetor]

Hi I recently bought this old carburetor at an auction. I believe it's off of a car that went by the same name as what's on the carburetor. The numbers on the side are No4  83240. I am wondering if anyone could tell me what year and model it went on and what the possible value might be. Also if anyone is interested please let me know.
