My dash has been painted the same color as the car. I need a paint code for the hub and steering column. I just sent my steering wheel to Quality Restorations to be recast.

Thanks Tom. I have already bought repopped dash knobs. He is not recasting the 39 Zephyr steering wheels.

I need my steering wheel rebuilt. It is cracked and has bondo falling out from earlier repairs. The banjo is in good shape but the hub and horn button need repainting and the chrome LZ insignia redone. Can anyone give me the name of a good shop that is capable of restoring this steering wheel? I bought new dash knobs from KnobSoup and they are a translucent brown color. Did the 39 steering wheel match the dash knobs? If not, what color should it be? Thank you in advance.

Has anyone attempted putting a Dennis Carpenter repopped 1939 Ford fuel tank in a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr? The Carpenter catalog picture looks the same as my Zephyr. Is it possible they are interchangeable? Ford used a lot of generic parts back in the day and still do today between Ford and Lincoln. Thanks.
