  1. Thanks for the honest feedback and somewhat of a reality check. I find myself to easily attracted to almost any classic car. Even worse, I'm itching for a project. I to thought the price was high.

I live east of Denver, transportation will not be an issue, what ever a fuel I use and a few $$ to my buddy to borrow his trailer.

If I proceed, this would be my first frame off project. Having completed a couple of project cars over the years I am fairly confident with my ability to put this car back in shape. I just need to make sure I'm not getting in over my head in terms if money and time.

I'm still not 100% convinced this is the car that is best for me in terms of what I want to do with it, budget etc. I have been seriously considering a 64-66' Imperial too.......decisions, decisions! I think it is best if I keep looking. This particular car has been sitting on the dealers lot for at least a couple of months. I expect it will be there down the road.

  2. New here - looks like a great forum. I have spent many hours reading here:)

I have the itch for a project car. I have been looking at a bunch of different things online and in person and have narrowed it down to a couple of options. One of them is the 41' Buick in the link below.

My question; I have no idea ho much I should pay for an older project car. The asking price seems high, but I don't even know where to start negotiating. Any help would be appreciated. Interested in comments on the car too. Thanks!
