Hi guys,
I have a 41 Buick Special 46S that I recently had modified. I'm running a Ford 8 inch axle with 3.55 gears. The transmission is a 700R4 w.O/D. 15 inch tires on rear.
Anyone happen to know what gear I would need for the transmission to get the speedometer to read correctly. It's about 20 to 25 mph too slow.

Looking for the rear license plate light assembly and right rear bumper guard. Guard should have the threaded stud intact and the piece should be rechromable.

Thanks for the quick reply. My builder also has a lead in California and I should know tomorrow if its a good one. I will call you as soon as I hear from him. When your chasing parts you gotta cover all the bases.....

Currently having a 41 Buick converted from 6v to 12v system. Will the original 6v horns still work or do they need some modifications?

41 Buick Sedanette 2dr (Special) parts for sale. Probably dreaming, but would like to sell the parts in one fell swoop. Car is undergoing a street rod transformation and lots of original parts are going to be available.

Thanks Matt,
My mechanic friend and I came to the same conclusion. Easier to have a speedo specialty shop correct the problem.
BTW, hows your Buick project coming along? Email thud68@triconet.org
