Well, a couple years ago, a fellow in my town had a really bad heart attack - it almost did him in - and he had to give up his life long project of restoring a 1928 International flatbed truck. His wife sold the truck to me complete - well I guess it's complete - boxes of parts came with it. So far, I have assembled the body and had it painted. Now I'm assembling the split rims and wood-spoked wheels.
I can't quite figure out how to assemble the wheels and rims. If I put the wheel inside the split rim, the tire won't fit over the rim, and if the tire is on the rim, the wheel won't fit inside. Hmmm!!! any body can help,????
how about a little advice?
