The engine search spanned 3 years for the first and 2 years later for the second. I had so many missing parts to the original engine I needed to locate an original. Keiser31 (life long friend) had posted a wanted add here on the Dodge Brothers forum before I became an AACA and Dodge Brothers member and the first was located in the far north west corner of Indiania. The second I came across from a post of a parts car that came up here, again in the Dodge Brothers forum, and it was located in the far south east corner of Kansas. I drove to both locations to pick them up. From the picture you included I would say that your DK 8 looks to be in great shape compared to where mine stands.
