Futurliner visits AACA museum at Hershey, PA October 2006. It was great to see this wonderful truck, the guys that are here with the Futurliner are a great bunch, they let you crawl all over it, opened ever door, just great! Thank you very much. Here are some statistics, Built by GMC truck and coach and Fisher body, 33ft. long, 8ft. wide, and 11ft. 7in. tall, 248in. wheelbase, weight with display approximately 30,000 lbs., 302 inline 6 cylinder OHC GMC engine producing 145 horsepower, 4-speed hydramatic, 2-speed gearbox, 3-speed PTO, two 45-gallon gas tanks, two 16ft. x 5ft. side opening doors, light-bar when fullyraised is 7ft. above roofline.
