Guest
My remote for the keyless entry stopped working even though I changed its battery. Took it to the dealer and they wanted fifty dollars to re-program it. I can buy a lot of keys for that price. Can anyone advise me if I could do this myself. Would appreciate any advice in this matter
Guest
You can program your remote for free by grounding out the wire with the green plug in the trunk. I can not find the procedure in the service manual but I have a video that tells the dealers how to program the remote. If you do not receive the information you are looking for, I can play the video and post the procedure.

Guest
It is very easy to program your remotes.
Go to the Reatta Data Page at www.reatta.net and click on FAQ then click on Remotes.
It will tell you where the green wire is located and how to program your remote.
50 bucks for the dealership to do this is a Ripoff!!
