Guest
I have found the paperwork for a 1919 Dodge Touring Car. The car number and motor number are listed and all of the receipts are hand written. I would love to know if this car is still in use. Please contact me if you have a clue as to how I should proceed. Hopefully I can get the paperwork to the current owner. billandtammy@nu-z.net
Guest leadfoot
The chances that any specific 1917 DB is still around are slim. My guess is that more than 98% of the cars from '17 are gone.
But what you have does have historic and informational value - and the car might still be around. Your best bet is to contact the Dodge Brothers Club, which has a members registery listing all the cars and serial numbers that are in the club. My estimate is about 2,000+ cars ranging from 1915 to 1938.
The DB Club website is at: http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Pit/2672/
