My father is in the process of restoring a 1941 Lincoln Continental. He would like to know if there is an easy way or trick to shimming the doors?

I would appreciate any help you can give,
Thank you, Lynn

lynn,
I to am in the process of repairing a sagging door on my 47LC. CBoz gave me a lead when he saw a article in the back issue of TWOTZ dated sept.-oct.2006 that dealt with that problem.
you can order a back copy of the publication by looking in the "magazine" section.
although I haven't gotten to it yet,to me, it looks like a simple fix.
hope this is what your looking for. let us know how you made out.
