bgreene30 Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 [h=2][/h] Hi everyone.We have a 1948 I believe Chieftan that the clamp and screw that holds the wire in place for the hood pull release wire came apart.I have looked on the interenet and a few threads with little luck. For the life of me I cannot really see anything to trip inside the grill at the top to open it.Can someone help me identify what to do and if possible send pictures of the actual part.My bloody eyes are getting old and it's hard to get good illumination in towards the motor side of the grill.Thanks in advanceCheers,Bob Sunnny So Cal!
