1927EW Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 I'm assuming that you are asking a question as to what is this thing that you have saved. Based on what I see, and only limited experience (I personally own a Smith Form-a-Truck conversion for a Model T) my first estimate would that it is a product of the Smith Company that built the Form-a-Truck conversion kits.
