Complete, I even have the key to lock it. About 3 1/2w by 3h by 6 long. Original tires,badly rotted, one blew this month. One hubcap is rusted through. I would like to trade it for enclosed aluminum 5x8. Original PA title was not processed in l949. Pictures available by email.Located in southern WV.
