Guest
It's been suggested to me that there may be a discount in insurance rates for antiques/classics. I'm aware of a site for such autos whose value exceeds $20,000. Might their be a discount for a '78 Ford Fairmount(sp)?null
Guest
Drew ~ A lot depends on who you are currently buying the insurance from and how you use the car, as a collector car or for daily transportation.
If it is for daily transportation, forget it.
If it is a collector car only used for club activities, then there can be some benefit in going with one of the various antique auto insurance companies.
In 2003 when the car is 25 years old, and IF it is not used for daily transportation, there can be real savings. ~ hvs
