  1. Yes, my mistake, RR is the Desert Beige, which the car is and 629 for the Saddle interior. Thanks all.
  2. Ok, just to clear this up.... after further review I have discovered that just to the right of the trim tag, but NOT below the paint code, it has RR stamped. I am assuming this would be the saddle interior. Since the car is Beige this makes sense. Thanks for the help on this!
  3. Currently the car is out of state and if I buy it I will post a picture of the body tag. A ROA member is inspecting the car for me and he is the one that states it is blank.
  4. I am looking at purchasing a 1964 Riviera. On what I would call the body tag there is a space for the paint code and this space is blank. All other areas are filled in such as trim and vin, etc and they appear to be correct. Having some experience with old Corvettes this code was left blank if a customer special ordered a Vette in primer only so they could paint it the color they wanted when they received it ( this is very rare in Corvettes). Is this a possibility from Buick also or was it common to miss putting the paint code on? The car is currently beige but it appears to be a entry level re-paint from a shop like Maaco. I am not sure of the original color but it is close to the current shade. Thanks for any help on this mystery. Mark
