72tbird
Just got the breaks working, now the windows stopped working. They worked off and on before but now nothing! This is for a 1972 Ford Thunderbird.None of the window switches work on any of the windows. The window lock switch could be stuck 'off' but usually disconnecting the battery will reset this. The only culprit I can find may be the window relay, the fuse is fine but the relay is the primary control so it may be the problem. I do not know where the switch is.Can anyone help?See her here:http://home1.gte.net/res18996/
junkyardjeff
Check on the firewall near the brake booster for the window relay, thats where it is for my 65 and 71 country squires. Jeff
72tbird
Thanks.I see two plugs with several wires coming out to the left of the booster both held down with bolts. Is this wht you were refering to?
junkyardjeff
Should be like a small metal box with three wires comming out,one black kind of thick wire that goes to the solenoid and two smaller wires. Jeff

junkyardjeff
The first picture is the firewall bulkhead connector and its just wires but the second picture could be the window relay,I think you can get the windows working by just jumping the two small wires togather.
