Famous DF'er, Spectacular Car, One is for Sale!

Recommended Posts

Attached is a picture of a hard working AACA member who is always willing to lend a hand (seriously) and a prominent member of our forum. I shot this photo wanting to get his best side! I think I succeeded!

This is the '35 Ford that will be going on eBay in July to benefit the AACA Library & Research Center. The car is available for public viewing in the library forum. This was a one owner before it was donated to the library. Stay tuned for more info but this really is one great running car.

Now that's what I call a Kodak Moment Steve! I've seen that pose many times before, but it's always from picking up a penny somebody dropped in a flea market, and never, never from cleaning a white wall tire! Heck, I didn't know he even knew how to do that!

My oh my, was that the cleverest thing you could come up with? Reduced to name calling? Shame on you, it was one of the best pictures every taken of you I am told and your buddies were shocked that I had a picture of you actually working! Enough with the knothead jokes...! Yes, your Lestoil idea was one I never heard of before but it was Hoover who told me it is the blackwall trick and he uses Ajax (or was it Comet?) that he uses on the whitewall. In any event, the car looks great.

Binger, no project...this car is a great car! If I was a Ford guy I would be drooling as it really is a one owner accept for its donation to the library. Solid and runs great. Would make a fabulous tour car for someone.
