1924DB
The carburetor on my '34 Dodge appears to be different from the ones shown in the manual? Can anyone tell me if this carburetor was ever used on this DB? And yes I know the brush cover on the starter/generator is missing. I removed it to check out the brushes. Guest imported_Terry kean
What you have is a Zenith carb for a model A Ford. It appears that your intake manifold has had a different carb mounting flange brazed on to accomidate the Zenith.
1924DB
Actually the whole intake manifold appears to have been reconstructed. Model A carb sounds right as the family who left me the DB also left me with some Model A wire wheels. Just darn! More DB parts to try and locate. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />Thanks for the info.Ron
