1929 Rear Wheel Removal Tool Needed

Hello everyone, I know I am new here and already asking for help but that is why I registered with the site. I am in the process of prepping my Grandfathers 1929 Franklin for use again and need to remove the rear wheel and hub assy. I have the wooden wheels and need the special puller to remove the wheel and hub assy from the axle. If anyone can help me with locating this tool please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
