"Pluggers" antique car link.

Recommended Posts

I am not a "plugger" for tech reasons. The Rambler 65 Wagon had the tendancy to lose the use of the headlights from time to time while driving, so when the lights were working and I was a driving heck I just left them on low beams and was glad they stayed on...!

Susan, I've moved this back, because I was wrong. There can be links on the forum as long as they are not to lewd sites and are car related.

Sorry guys, guess I messed up. Third time today. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Not me! I guess if I drove the Model A enough at night, I might find myself attempting to turn the horn button on my other cars to dim the lights. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

(If you have never driven a Model A Ford, you probably don't know what the heck I am talking about.) <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

ShopRat, It was nice meeting you guys in the Breakfast Line. I also ran into Novaman's dad in the line that morning. (after first meeting him briefly at Hershey) Thanks for the kind words on the car. I am sort of proud of it. It was actually restored in 1989. I just had to freshen it up upon buying it last year.

Yes Wayne, I got that First Preservation Plaque. Now, I just can't wait until Kalamazoo. I think I figured out why they make that First Preservation Plaque so large, It is to make you bring the car back again and again. One little Wheel Tab looks lost on that thing. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

It's an addition MC. I just went through the winners list today for my newsletter and noticed some more names I recognize. It's amazing how many new friends you meet every year in the AACA. Worth everything in the world to me.

I'm sending off my September Western Tour form tomorrow. Can't wait to make that trip. As usual, I'll be posting some interesting pictures of the event.
