Need Help Identifying My Buick!

I have Purchased this Old Buick , Knowing it is in the 40's but only have a bill of sale for it . The County needs to know the diffent year and make, I need help can any one read the Vin. #'s i have . They are 14578388 please help

Sounds like 1946 or 1947. You might want to post in the Buick Forum to get an exact year and possibly model.

According to my book, that serial number corresponds to a 1947 Model 40 8-cylinder.
