gswanson Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 I picked up this wooden steering wheel at an estate sale and need some help identifying it. It is 15 inches across to the outside and about 1 1/4 inches thick. One of the arms is marked T932 with what appears to be an M with a vertical line through its center. It also looks as if it originally had a shiny black finish on the metal. Any help would be appreciated.
Layden B Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 T-902 would be the factory number marked on earlier Model T Ford steering spiders and this wheel looks to be one from the later teens era.
gswanson Posted May 15, 2007 Author Posted May 15, 2007 Thanks for the information. The mark could be T902 but it is a little hard to read the second number.
