This is a manifold I picked up at a swap meet, because it looked like a Buick. It is one piece, so I assume it is for a small series Buick. Can anyone help?

Interestingly, my 1937 parts book lists that part number for 1937 ser 40 and part no. 1282884 for 1934 to 1936.

Probably the later parts books just listed the later part number for replacement and did not worry about small differences in the parts as long as they worked. I have noticed that on head bolts. The 1937 parts book lumps 1925 to 1941 head bolts together where the 1930 book lists a different lenght for 1925 to 1930.

Hello Fred: The parts book I used was a 1947 issue. Rechecked it this

morning and it still read the same. Have encountered this before and

thought it a bit strange when I first read the book. Still, it must

work or they would not have listed it. Patrick W. Brooks
