need a Microsoft Excel worksheet for car show registration

Our club has been using a DOS program for several years and it must use a Win 95 computer. I am asking if you have an Excel spread sheet that you have made for your car shows? We sort for class, year, manufacturer, stock/modified, color, etc. And of course, name, address, phone, zip, club affiliations, etc.

If you have one that you have used and would care to share it with our club, we would appreciate that.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Roger Will in Punta Gorda

It sounds to me that this is really a job for Access but Excel will work fine. Set your column headings with everything you want to record across the top of the first row. Then select the First row and use the handy Auto Filter function. It should show up a drop down button in each of the column headings from there you can sort. Or use the ctrl+F keys to search.

Thanks so much for your interest. I think we are on our way into this century. I am not quite sure the program be ready for this coming weekend's annual show in Punta Gorda, but we will see. Yesterday it was 92 degrees.

92 degrees. What is that? It must be someone's body temperature. Where I live it certainly is not the weather.Today at least we had sunshine but tomorrow we are to have a rather bad weather day.

Perhaps someday soon we will have a truly spring day.

We had sun yesterday here but cool. Today is a few degrees warmer, but we have constant rain. There will be flooding here in places. I hope you don't get what we are getting.

One of the local DJ's made the joke that someone "upstairs" didn't get the memo that it is supposed to be spring. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
