Guest smith356 Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 Well...... I managed to trash my pad trying to get it out today. Trying to get my dash lights to come on and dim again. All I've had for a long time is bright instrument cluster only... drives me nuts driving at night - too bright ! I know there have been posts before, but is the blue sensor what I need to be looking at ? Is there a way to tell if it's bad ? And.... anyone have a pad I can purchase ??? Thanks, all.......... Jim Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 The sensor should read over 200K ohms.I have a good sensor and I have a very nice burgundy dash top. This is the panel that the defroster vent snaps into.I can be reached at jfinn@cpinternet.com but I will be away from home until next Monday.
