Reatta prices

Several people have ask if Reattas are increasing in value, the answer seems to be yes.
There is a blue 1990 convertible on ebay that had 95k last October and the asking price was $10,350. A year later it is back with 99k and the "Buy now" price is $13,500.
That is over a 20% increase in price in one year. With money in the bank worth so little, we should all buy more Reattas and we will be wealthy this time next year.
Of course the seller tells you up front the is a used car salesman. Old habits just won't go away.

I had the privilege of purchasing a Reatta identicle to the one on e-bay for $7600 this past July. One owner with 84,000 miles. Does this mean I got a great deal?????

Gosh, now is the time to buy a convertible on Ebay. I just checked and there are three convertibles right now, including the one Barney is talking about. Pick your color, red, white, or blue.

Just as an interesting aside ... I just sold my 1989 for $500 less than what I paid for it. I had 5 renewal stickers on my license ... meaning I owned the car for over 5 years! and 80,000 Miles. Not bad depreciation of $8.34 per month!!!!!
I feel I could have sold it for more but I sold it fast in the cool of the fall ... would be much more in the spring!!!
There is definitely a "U" shaped depreciation curve and we are on the UP SIDE of the curve! grin.gif" border="0grin.gif" border="0grin.gif" border="0grin.gif" border="0grin.gif" border="0
I feel that a good Reatta will "never be less expensive".
Get yours now!!!!! or pay a lot more later!!!!! shocked.gif" border="0shocked.gif" border="0shocked.gif" border="0
