Help Identify this "Hand Horn" and it's value.

I would like help identifying this "hand horn" manufactured by E.A.Labaratories Inc. of Brooklyn, NY. I am not sure if it was used in a specific model car or whether it was an after market part. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello

I believe this is a motorcycle horn. I have a couple klaxon horns which are similar but are a bit smaller and w/o the bell. (see attached picture.) The smaller ones were used on Cushman Scooters, among others.
