what I did on Christmas

Nice Toys! Looks like a great place to keep and work on them. Those of us who have the means, space, and ability to do so should be thankful that we can. I have always felt that we are only custodians of our history that will be past on to future generations. The Desoto has wings like my 1957 Dodge Sweptside pickup. Very Cool! The Buick is cleaning up very nice. I bet it will drive like a dream. I had some flying lessons several years ago and really enjoyed them, but being a single dad with two handicapped children, I thought it would be best to wait until they are grown. They really have no one but me. Dave!

Hi Rebecca.....It appears as though your Buick has 1952 Buick "fins" on your back fenders, or is that something behind the car?

Just curious!

Yes. My Buick has 52 "fender spears". In fact, they are rather pitted and I am looking for some better ones. The previous owner installed them. I have not decided yet if I like them on a 50 but since they drilled holes to install them I am keeping them for now.

Yes, a hangar is an excellent place to work on cars because it is spatious (even my T-hangar which is missing the back two corners). However, I don't have any heat or water and it is 40 minutes from my house.

Super Cars. I see Santa has been good to you and Rich...At least till you start driving that Buick and find you need two because one is never enough.

Happy New Year!!!
